Easter Egg?

Rabbit food with a "perfect" egg (slow cooked in the oven) on rice noodles that have been cooked with red cabbage. The pink pops up when you squeeze lemon on them - these are the true colors. And it tasted great, too (I can say that as I wasn't the cook!).
