First Attempt

This is my first attempt to try to blur water like @grace has done. It is not nearly as good, but I shall keep trying. Used a ND 8 filter. I'd love any suggestions to improve it.

I should add that I never would have tried to do something like this if it weren't for Tookapic. So thanks for the community.
