Even ZIKiT knows, that it shortens the time a tram usually spends to pass through Mogilskie, in effect - rises the capacity of that place. but there is a place with no electric current in the middle of the railway (and traction) crossroads, and trams have to pass through it with some speed gained in advance. Since trams turning right from Lubicz in the direction of Grzegórzeckie have a really poor view and a people's crossing right behind it, they have to be sure about a free pass (and that's what lights signalisation provides), because if they stop there... oh, I'm sure You've heard or seen memes with people pushing the tram there ;)
