Satoshi T vera, well done tough very strong background-light.

vera Oh yes, you're right Satoshi about the backgroud-light! I've not managed to adjust the brightness, and I was not satisfied. I don't know if it's possible to have a very bright back plan and a dark subject on the front and make a better balanced? If you have any advice on settings, I receive it with pleasure! I like to learn!

Satoshi T In fact, the technology has advanced, this part is hard.
The human eye (brain) is usually automatically correct the difference between bright and shadow part.
However, the sensor of the camera is difficult to accept this difference of overwhelming amount of light.

There is a technique called HDR order to take this into one photo. It is to take multiple shots at different exposure, and then later synthesis. This is rather, is intended to be used for creative purposes rather than a light amount difference compensation.

When I shooting Near area,I can use auxiliary light or a reflector to brighten the dark part. But, in the shooting of long distance which vera doing, of course you can not use the methods described above.

If you are in bright-and-dark field, I recommend you Deciding policy to put the theme in the Bright part, or to put a theme to Dark.

As shown in the picture, if there is a theme in the dark, I think as much as possible the bright part is not enter the screen(because they are whiten all), I allow only part of the bright edges of mountain and trees.

If you put a theme to the bright part, you may adjust the exposure in the bright part. so bright part are drawn clear , but Dark part will be black.

This is my way of thinking. Please refer to.
p.s. Description is so long. sorry :)
