After yesterday night's eating and drinking and more eating, this time we took our boards and rode around the old town. Budapest is perfect for longboarding, lots of asphalt, trace amounts of cobblestone, zero (!) pavement bricks in the center. Awesome! Of course - ice cream, something to eat - and then we went to Gellért Hill to see Budapest from the height and to visit the castle. The road up was quite exhausting, especially with two longboards in our hands, but we managed to do it! And then riding down made me cry, that our sliding longboard friends aren't there (as well as my helmet, gloves and downhill board) - my longboard heart was in heaven. Hmm... we'll manage to go there someday with our boards and have a perfect slide session :)
