Summer dinner

We had a conversation at work about a typical polish summer dinner - young potatoes with dill, fried egg and kefir to drink... and when I got home and Martyna asked what do we want to eat, it was the only thing I could dream of ;) I have added buckwheat groats and Martyna has made some cabbage earlier, so here it came - a wonderful, tasty and healthy summer dinner. Simple, yet delicious. And a few moments later our friends came with two wonderful corgis... but it's a story of tomorrow's photo, so I decided to change this one. It's not the photo of my life, but my colleague at work was very jealous, when I sent him the photo of what I'm about to eat :D
