Magda Korzewska Might be ND, quite long time of exposure, wide aperture in strong sunlight.
Aleksander Dębowski I used ND filter but I am not sure if it is reason of look of this photo. In my opinion it is just Lightroom because this picture could look the same with shutter speed like 1/2500 or 1/4000.
