Stealing

Inspired by this film: youtube.com/watch?v=sMfaaEnryy... I've bought my own book: 'Steal Like an Artist: 10 Things Nobody Told You About Being Creative '. I love it. It's one of those book you know you'll come back.

I did a few cosplay photos (like Chucky doll, Alice in Wonderland, Corpse Bride, etc.) and I heard once that I shouldn't do that. I should find something else, my own, and not copy others. I felt really sad about that. I didn't consider it as a copying. Our outfits obviously didn't look the same, we have different poses, different locations and I always put all my heart into that project and added something from me. This book is actually comforting. And it shows the difference between good and bad theft.
