ponzu No, I thought you did. I am the one who always looks for art, both purposeful and randomly created by people or nature, to "take" it as a photo. I rarely "make" my photos the way you did.
ponzu Here's what I think I meant by my comment. I was browsing the "Paper" theme, admiring the photos. If I had participated, I would have gone to an arts and crafts store or a show and would look for interesting paper arrangements to photograph. If I had seen these fish, I would have happily photographed and submitted them. At first, I thought someone did the same, because it would not occur to me to make the subject for my photo. Just as this week's theme is "Food", my first thought was: which of the restaurants I go to makes the food that would photograph best? It did not occur to me to cook my own beautiful meal just so I can take aphoto. Until now :) So -- thank you!
