Fireworks, moon and spectators

We went to the celebrations in the village next door; they have had to change things a lot this year. There were over 9000 people in 2016, and the villagers and the police complained. Big time. It did not help when live fireworks were landing on and oil tank and under parked cars of the house that abuts the village playing fields. So they thought that this charity money making event may have to be cancelled, but a kind adjoining farmer allowed them to light the fireworks further away from the buildings and they restricted attendance to 3500. Still a big party! The music that the fireworks displayed to was fantastic; apparently the software controls the music and the fireworks so there may be a tiny pause in the display to ensure everything was perfectly co-ordinated. And, I managed to get some good photographs. Good all round.
