Right here when You need me (perfect salesman) :P The lowest model I have in offer is about 800 more (E-M10 Mark II), there is also E-PL7 for around 2000. No viewfinder, though... maybe I'll be able to do something about the price, but I won't promise anything - we'll see next week, I suppose.
But I've spent half of my day at OLX searching only through photography in Cracow... and there are over 60 or 80 pages of gear. If a mirrorless - we can choose from A6000, E-M10, LX100 (if he doesn't want to change the lenses). or a few more... :)
