Santa Claus is Coming to Town

And the promised photo of me in a cap. Patients laughed when we appeared in Santa's caps. It's kinda like a tradition. Those people are not able to function like you or me. We have a woman here who is bedridden since 1994. And when we talk to them, they are very happy thet can break a routine of everyday life.
