University project: sensorial analysis of Greek yogurt with fruit jelly

After the fruits were harvested, two jelly formulations were prepared in the fruit and vegetable processing area of ​​the campus. The samples were served to 80 people, general public. Sensory analysis of foods assesses attributes such as appearance, taste, texture, aroma, overall impression and purchase intent.
