Pisco Sour

I made a Pisco Sour today. You need:

  • 6 cl Pisco
  • 2 cl Fresh lime juice
  • 2 cl Simple syrup
  • 1 Fresh egg white (if you like that)
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • ice and a cocktail shaker
