First attempt at a tilt shift

ponzu Is this tilt shift done in camera or digitally in the editor? The transition from in-focus to out-of-focus does not look as believable as some other shots I have seen done with a Lensbaby or an artfully applied digital filter.

The yellow bikes look great. The sculptures, at this angle and scale, look... I don't know... not great. The scene overall looks busy if not confusing. I think there was great potential there. If this is the view from your window, keep shooting and experimenting.
