Karolina Oksiędzka Nice tip, thanks :). I'll try to make a bigger depth next time. As it goes for the mood... my cat meows on demand and he was doing just that when I took the photo. That's why it's hard to determine the mood ;).

jazzie It is a good cat's portrait even though I'm not sure what a mood the cat is in. The colors and the blurry bacground are nice. The left eye and the nose aren't sharp, and somehow it feels as if the whole pic wasn't, even if there are sharp spots. I think I'd have taken the pic with an a little bit bigger depth of field.
