Carrot cupcakes

I started to bake 5 years ago, when new friends moved into my flat in Wroclaw. We've spent a lot of time in the kitchen. We were drinking coffee and testing fresh recipes. Especially in the middle of the night. Every time when I bake muffins I recall that good old times. Last year I didn't bake a lot. These year will be different - these are my second cupcakes. With carrot, walnuts and honey. Icing was made from white chocolate and yoghurt ;-)
