Marta Lucky you😊 I'm going to Cracow on Thursday to see his exhibition at Nowohuckie Centrum Kultury, have you seen it yet? I also love the one in Sanok, though it's been some time since my last visit there😉
eventide Unfortunately not :( The last time I was in Cracow was about 11 years ago, so it was the time, when they weren't even thinking about opening the gallery of Beksiński paintings in NCK :D I had neither been in Sanok - it's too far from my place of residence, which's Szczecin. In fact, I'd only seen those paintings of Beksiński, which were presented during the exhibition "A tale told by shadows" in November in one of branches of Szczecin's National Museum.
Marta I get it😞 It's a shame, hope you'll have a chance to visit at least one of them. I was really impressed by the collection in Sanok, the whole city seemed to be out of this world 11 years ago, just out of Andrzej Stasiuk books☺ And, of course, the background connected with Beksiński and his family- hard to explain and hard to forget😊
