Incoming

I watched a storm build all the way home from work. When I finally got home, I grabbed my tripod, changed my lens, gave the cats a pat and the promise that I'd feed them shortly, and ran down to the water. And then.... sat and waited. And waited. And waited. For a storm that was throwing around so much lightning... Wow what a boring storm. All the lightning was hidden behind a cloud so it was just sheet lightning, and there was barely even any thunder. Eventually I realised that this was building to my left, so I grabbed the shot and ran, as 2 minutes later the rain started. Really disappointed with the storm. So I pretty much went home, fed the cats (apologetically) and went to bed. :(
