Free Tibet!

Today was a great day. 😍

Some friends and I met up for an ill-fated attempt to help break a world record - let's just say it did not go well at ALL. It was also SUPER cold and windy today so by the end of our failed attempt we were frozen and cranky because of it.

How to solve that? Pop into a pub for a pint! (I watched some British comedies recently and I think the language is rubbing off on me a bit.)

We warmed up then went over to my favorite restaraunt, Seoul, for some amazing delicious Korean food. And boy did we go all out. In true Korean fashion we had probably eighteen various plates on the table, including all of our sides. YESSS PLEASE! :D I'm so grateful to have friends who will go enjoy it with me!

We parted ways and on my way home I found a second demonstration for the Free Tibet movement, which I paused to participate in for a while. It was beautiful and moving and the spirit of the crowd was touching. Even though it was all in another language and I had no idea what was actually being said. There was some really lovely singing, as well. The whole crowd joining in, just truly moving.
