Guilt 2

It was supposed to be my way to quit smoking. But I lost my motivation - because now I do not poison others because health has improved. The smoker cough has disappeared, I have no trouble running up the stairs. As they say, the sum of addictions never changes ... PS. I know, that e-smoking isn't healthy (that's why it's guilty pleasure). Life isn't healthy as well - I check the air quality index every day - the standard is often exceeded by 500% or even over 1000%. A short walk in such conditions is the equivalent of smoking several cigarettes. :-(
