Ever since Tookapic became premium only I've been working on something new. Rewritten and redesigned from scratch. Based on the how you, the people of Tookapic, use the site.

It's been more than 3 months now. First few screens are finished. It's definitely the most ambitious thing I've worked on. Not because of the complexity (it's actually much simpler than current Tookapic), but because od the amount of research I did.

I went through all the support tickets, your emails and talks in search of features requests. But don't worry, what I'm working on is not going to be overloaded with features. Just the contrary - a lot of unused features are being dropped. We're focusing on improving the most used ones. And adding very few tiny ones.

We're also improving the speed of Tookapic. It'll be so-much-faster, you won't believe it. Don't expect any releases before the end of May though. We still have a lot of work to do.
