eventide Definitely, unripe green apples are sour, but not inedible :P
Jan Buchta Hmm I've never tried red bananas (ripe and unripe to). I have to change it, I mean ripe of course.
eventide Their taste is not so very different from normal bananas, but they are a little more delicate. And those unripe are just inedible :P
