When I looked at the miniature I thought, that he has so long and strongly curved beak, but now I see I was wrong :D I alwyas heard that hummingbirds have very long tongues, but it's the first time I could see it on my own eyes!
Bruce Also, I found out from an ornithologist that their tongues are actually split, with little "hooks" to grab nectar, so they are very efficient drinkers :-)
