I stopped posting photos every day... I failed my Tookapic year resolution. I take them but have no time to post. Or I’m just so tired that have no strength to do it. I was planning to enjoy this summer, improving my photography skills as much as I can... but I ended up having three jobs from 5a.m. to midnight. And when i stoped for a second I realized... on my photos i was trying to show how beautiful and amazing New York is, how great to live here... And it’s really incredible. But real NYC is work 24/7, credits and bills, killing heat at summer, hours in a subway, no time for relationship, no time for yourself and no friends. No illusions.

Jennifer Photography can be the small moments in between that become your time for yourself, even when you're spending hours on the subway or trying to escape the heat. The everyday moments can still be moments to help yourself improve and achieve that goal. You can use it to help remind yourself of the beauty and goodness that surrounds you, even when you feel exhausted and have been worked to the bone.
That said, it's okay to take a break! Sometimes life just takes over, and that's okay. Tookapic isn't going anywhere and we'll always be here when you have caught your breath again :)
I know I'm a complete stranger at the moment, but let me know if you ever need to talk, or have someone listen, or just send a smiley face over on a rough day. And like with this photo (which is excellent, like many of your others on here), remember to keep looking up. ♥
