Tomasz Wiśniewski I'm currently digging through "factfulness", something totally different from what I usally read but I guess it's worth taking a look. It kind of changes your way of thinking about the wolrd and it's current situation (like poverty, health and stuff).

Paweł Kadysz "Factfulness" is on my list. So is like 25 other books. Even though I'm now reading 2-3 books per week, I add more to the list than I'm able to cross off. And it bothers me much more than it should.

Tomasz Wiśniewski Something you can recommend that would intrest a programmer/photographer? Maybe something broad, like factfulness?

Paweł Kadysz Well, my main focus is life improvement. There are some books I've read in the last few weeks and implemented the techniques from those books. The ones that had the most impact on how I work are:
- "5AM Miracle" (shifting from staying up late until 3AM to waking up at 5AM was one of the best thing I've ever done for myself).
- "Getting Things Done" (not everything, but the idea of 'the inbox' and weekly reviews were huge for me).
- "12-Week Year" (I'm on my second 'year' now, the first one was a big success for me, that's why I'm going to continue using this)
- "Deep Work" - Helped me a lot with planning my day. I'm now doing much more and stopped procrastinating.

Still to read:
- "Rework" by Jason Fried
- "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu
- "Originals" by Adam Grant
- "The Shallows" By Nicholas Carr
- "Sapiens" by Yuval Noah Harari
- "Selfie" by Will Storr
- "Behave" by Robert M. Sapolsky
- "The Organized Mind" by Daniel J. Levitin
- and many, many more...

Funny thing - how I moved from reading 3-5 books a year to reading 2-3 a week. I now get most of my usual work done before noon thanks to "5AM Miracle" so I can make time for reading thanks to planning my day technique I got from "Deep Work". All my projects move forward faster thanks to "12-Week Year" and no time is wasted thanks to techniques from "Getting Things Done".

Just one thing to remember. Just reading won't help. Actually applying the techniques is what helps. When I decided to improve how I work, I went all-in and fully committed. So whatever I read and thought could help - I implemented it and made it a habit.

Tomasz Wiśniewski Whoa, thanks for the commitment Paweł! All added to my list.

Kazzi I'm gonna need that list...
