Margie Terrific. Such a great charming chalet.

vera Thank you Margie! Indeed very charming! Inside we can see how they make cheese in a huge copper boiler of 1000 liters full of milk, heated over a wood fire... very interesting! 😉

Margie Oh my gosh! That is so interesting. I just made my first cheese ever - mozzarella in a kit given to my by my son. So you know I HAD to make it.

vera Wow great! that's very nice!!! I've never tried to make it myself... was this mozarella good?

Margie It really was and I felt more confident with my second batch. You don't really need a kit and can buy the ingredients separately. But a good way to get me started. Tons of videos online as it seems to be fairly common to make it. You actually have to stretch it! I like to cook so it was fun to make something totally new. Plus much cheaper once you have the ingredients than buying fresh mozzarella. At least in the US.

vera oh cool! That makes me want to try!!! 😉

Iwona- shadoke Beautiful, charming, wonderful. An unusual place, Vera! :) :)

vera Thank you so much Iwona! I'm glad you like it. Indeed a very charming place if you like nature 😉! It's so interesting to see how these people live and work to give us these beautiful cheese we often eat without even imagine what concretely mean for producers...
