Marta Tomaszewska hopefully! I've changed from openspace for 56 persons and 2 different teams to "closed space" for 30, dedicated to my team only. From people talking just right behind my back to solid wall. Right now the silence is really hard to bear with :D
Jan Buchta From begining of August I've changed work team and place where I was sitting as well. Now I'm still on open space but the new place is even better. There is also much calmer and lighter. First reaction, silence was really weird but now it's a value ;) We have only two desks like that at open space, I don't have anyone behind my back and next to me directly. Only one person opposite to me, my Team Leader. I'm a little bit of jealous when I'm watching on your command center... I didn't personalized my desk yet. Ok, only two Batmans are on my desk in the place where you have ducks 😉
