Gogi Golzman Actually this effect can be made in photoshop in 2 layes (the blurred layer is with the eraser tool on the subject you want to leave in focus... but i did a different method. Double exposure on camera with a little zoom on the second exposure... its a bit hard cause you need to be stable but its worth it :)
