ShenZhen is such a magic city, all of youngsters of country eagerly and hopefully come here to achieve their dreams, because it’s so young and modern, and also have many opportunities to change people’s lives and mind. But the first thing they have to face is where to live. The rent is so bloody high that costs about your 1/3 salary each month, if you want live in a normal community. So, many people rather live in here, we call “shaking-hands building”, than to pay more rents. Maybe after 2 or 3 year, they will leave this spot to a better place or return back to hometown.
