Wemas and ? what are your experiences with them ? my last winter season showed me that I need spikes ;)
Michael Gatton They're amazing. Ive ridden on solid sheets of ice without incident. Of course you still need to take it slow and be careful, but without spikes it would be impossible. Also good on packed snow. They're pretty long-lasting. In the city, a lot of times they partially plow and salt the bike path, so I spend a lot of time riding them on hard pavement betweeen frozen patches, but they still lasted through about 3-4 winters.
Wemas Thx Michael :) I needed a objective opinion about them...my winter road to work is covered with snow and ice every winter...I did the first test yesterday and I was impressed by the brakes reaction ;) ...madness :)
