Bruce Have you ever tried Pho? It looks like there are 5 places in Edinburgh that have it :-)
craig I haven't but I notice that there is a takeaway just up from the lighthouse that sells it so I will look out for it!
Bruce If you decide to try it, I recommend trying the Chicken Pho first. They'll give you bean sprouts and lime slices on the side, but you don't have to eat them :-). Plum sauce adds more flavor too, and should be in bottles on the side (not the red bottle because that's Siracha (hot!) sauce :-). Good luck!
