In China, tonight is the most important evening in the whole year, highly like the Christmas Eve for the western. Dumpling and alcohol is the must for the dinner, and many other dishes as well. Usually we all spend the time with family, watching TV or playing game or chatting, till greet the new year coming. This habit called Shou Sui.
