I'm trying to start new habit. On the end of the day, before sleep I'll try to plan the next day, and note good points from current ending day.
It's very important to see and realized what good things happened throug the day behind us. In mostly cases those are really simple things. It's important to remeber about these things. It's not so obvious and easy especialy in our daily rush. Evening it's a good moment I think to stop and aprecieate it.
Really often there is some stuff I want to do next day but I forget about it throught the day. On the end of the day something reminds me.. oh, I wanted to do this ans this and this but I didn't... I just forgot about that.
I hope this simply planning method helps me make my days more productive. Just another tip I'm testing to get daily life more comfortable and productive.
