Evening routine. Once the kids are asleep and after my workout I have a 60 minute window to have some fun.
you change from morning to evening workout? how does that work for you?
I know fasting, morning workout would probably be better. But now that I have an office and I drive one of the kids to kindergarten every morning, I switched to evening workout. It's ok, especially once you get into the routine.
At first I thought it would be hard to force myself to move my ass after a whole day. But I've been working out every day for 45+ days now, the habit formed and it's easier for me to train thant to skip the workout.
I also sleep better.
due to my work i mix morning and evening, just wonder how painfull the switch was for someone doing only mornings. i like morning work out better but also force myself not to sit at home in the evening
