Paweł Kadysz Thanks! I lost more weight overall, but yeah, that includes 2,2kg of fat. Now I’ll try to gain some weight, without getting fat again :P

Paweł Kadysz Yeah, exercise alone is not enough. You can’t outrun a bad diet. I changed my nutrition as well. I can’t remember the last time I had any fast food.
And here’s the biggest surprise (even for myself), I haven’t had a sip of alcohol in two months 🤯
I thought I’d miss that evening glass of whisky. But turns out I don’t really miss it that much.
tigg Goodness you are disciplined. I am lucky if I get to 8 green minutes a day - some 13000+ steps but a low green ring.
