Lauren Huston Thank you.... it's pretty horrible watching it all happen. I'm lucky as I'm in Brisbane so we're a fair distance away from everything, but I don't think we've had truly clear skies since around August. Hopefully soon!

Thank you... We've had fires around Brisbane but the truly bad ones are quite a distance from us. My mum and dad came within a few hundred metres of one of the bad ones though over the Christmas week, and that was a bit scary (they were okay in the end).
It's a truly horrific situation though. So much damage to both property and the environment.

Robbie Colvin Yeah it's very scary. We're also okay, safely in the confines of the city. Some family were affected down on KI, but I think they are doing okay at the moment.
