Have been there last holiday.
Neuchâtel is a nice town but this catwalk reminds me the worst story of a hitchhiking trip - my hat plunged into water, me and my firend tried to fish it up using a string and a penknife but we failed.
Shame, this was my travel hat for long and had a sentimental value.
There was also a seagull on this catwalk and it had a funny problem - the wind was so high it couldn't fly away - it tried to wave its wings but levitated over the catwalk :D I guess it took long because there was a lot of its droppings on the whole guardrail so when we tried to fish up the hat I got soiled my both sleeves with the seagull dung! :/
All in all now I like this story although I felt really bad then. Thanks for this photo :D
