jazzie We have experienced some very dry summers or summers with a lot of rain in few days and then none for weeks. A huge future challenge will wait for our country if our glaciers will have melted one day, because in summer they're our always-on drinking water source. The problem of this winter was that it rained up to 2500m above sea level instead of snowing. Not too little precipitation, but far too warm temperature level.
