I've finally baked rolls. I bake bread since 2007, but I've never made a white one. And I always wanted to make rolls. Recently my friend shared with me his recipe. It's really good, but I definitely prefer sourdough bread rather than yeast one. Maybe I'll improvise something one day based on my full-grain dark very-healthy-and-whatever bread :D
