Recently I've saw an image with motto:
I don't measure a thing when I cook... I just sprinkle & add stuff until I hear the spirit of my ancestors whisper "That's enough child".
And I have a feeling that they were much better at baking muffins from the leftovers that yeast dough.
I have a theory that almost everything that reached it's best before date can be turned either into muffins or cakes. As the cakes require particularly long standing by the frying pan I've recently turn into muffins.
Those one rescued two natural yogurts, egg white from the recent cake and some chive and parsley. Simple like that.
I just regret not putting there some soy sauce or more salt. But nevertheless they are great.
