went for a walk

today I wrote the exam paper I started yesterday (haven't finished but made big progress), went for a walk and had a phone call with Albert, trained with a unicycle first time for a few days and started using Workflowy

what's most important I tried to just cut loose - recently I realized I'm a great workaholic and need to slow down so tday I had a lot of empty time when I wasn't doing anything absorbing and it was okay :)
