I have my baby back! After almost 3 years of adventures in almost every conditions the stabilization system needed to be replaced with the new one. But it revealed that service made something not so precisely and I needed to send it back for further regulations. Hopefully now it will work properly for a longer time.

This is camera because of which I'm here. They say that gear is not making photos, but this little bunch of electronic made my 365 project. 3 times ;-) And it's ready to accompany me in the fourth one.

As I wrote in my profile description - before this small camera I had two DSLR's with a bunch of lenses. Meanwhile I've sold some of them and it revealed that I don't miss anything. And most of the photos were taken with sony. All my Nepal pictures including Milky Way, Iceland with its northen lights, volcano by night in Gwatemala... everything was achievable with this little compact camera.

But it's not that I've just set it to auto and it done the job. After over 10 years of being into photography, reading books, attending workshop, trying different setups I could imagine what will be the best setup for each of those photos. It's not a rocket science but you need to be conscious about how it works and what are the consequences of each setting choices. And then choose what suites you the best.

And I wish you all to have the pleasure of taking photos just like that with the feeling that you're able to achieve what you want. And I say it under this photo which is not exactly what I wanted to achieve, but I'll blame the lights and technical stuff of course and not my abilities :D
