National holiday 2020

Tradition has it that each village lights a big fire and all the inhabitants gather around. We take the opportunity to burn old wooden things. This year we are in a meadow at La Lècherette with the whole family. One or two fir trees are burned which must be felled. The burnt fir thorns create magnificent swirls that fly in the sky. After a raclette by the fire, my nephews play the accordion, we all sing together ... A simple and wonderful moment in life to savor!
