how to break up with your phone

yesterday I borrowed a book of Catherine Price from Amadeus, spent most of the day on reading it, talking about the problem with mom and changing settings in my phone & computer

in fact the marked number isn't true - it's based on the average daily usage and the number of active users per day but if we summed up the real usage of every user instead of using the average, the result would be probably even bigger

for sure, the order of magnitude would be the same what is frightening :o
