I'm still bummed about work and COVID and the impending sense of doom, but I've got birds that need photographing, so that's what I'll do!
I took out the whole kit today: camera, long lens, tripod, cable release/remote, and a stool. The exercise today was to pre-focus the camera on a branch and wait for the birds to land. And land they did!
Over all, I'm really happy with the results. So happy in fact, I'll most likely do the same thing tomorrow before heading into town to do my laundry.
(Today's Project FeederWatch take: 7 Blue Jays, 6 Chickadees, 2 White-breasted Nuthatches, 2 Red-breasted Nuthatches, and a lone Dark-eyed Junco.)
mrmm2017 Nice capture and patience!
