Apple sponge cake

• 4 eggs
• 200 g of sugar

blend together to make a fluffy cream (about 6 min)

• 100 g of oil/melted butter

add slowly to the cream

• tspn vanilla sugar
• tspn baking powder
• 1/2 tspn baking soda
• 240 g wheat flour

mix all dry ingredients together and add to the rest stirring slowly pour the dough into a cake pan put some fruits on the top (sliced appels, plums, cherries, whatever you have) Bake approx 45 min in 180 °C
