This sign has been on the side of road for a while now. it's in an awkward spot to read (on a bend, on a hill, on a sideroad). The other day I noticed the spray paint but couldn't stop to read it. Today, no traffic, right lens, and all the time in the world.

Rogers is planning to put up a cell tower in the area. While that's generally a Good Thing (the topography makes cell service very challenging) in this case it is not. The location they are planning to use... Blanding's Turtle habitat.
