A half day in the office - I got an email from my real estate telling me that my smoke alarm had been going off, and that the fire brigade had to break into my unit, and apparently the lock was now broken and can I confirm if that's the case? A very stressful trip home as I had no idea if the cats were still there (if the door had been broken down, had they secured it? etc). Thankfully, they were still at home and we spent the rest of the afternoon cuddling.
