Wasn't sure what to expect this morning as there was a possibility Storm babet could hit. As it turned out it was a bit windy, wet and very overcast. The Heron were very unsettled and kept flying to the edge of the water, the path and the grass then taking off again. Eventually 5 of them settled on the slope I didn't make them all out as the rain was getting blown into my face. I did see the little female (pictured) and one of the adult males (the nervy one I think). They all had a feed and the crows all got biscuits.
